Trini Pepper Sauce is my family recipe from Trinidad and Tobago, inspired by 5 generations of sauce makers. We use pure, organic, hand-picked Scotch Bonnet Peppers and Scorpion Peppers, grown locally in Trinidad, just miles from where my grandmother lives.
