Trini Pepper Sauce is my family recipe from Trinidad and Tobago, inspired by 5 generations of sauce makers.  We use pure, organic, hand-picked Scotch Bonnet Peppers and Scorpion Peppers, grown locally in Trinidad, just miles from where my grandmother lives. 

🔥  Spice Level (5/5) - Hotter than the original, with more scorpion pepper flare and scotch bonnet peppers.

👅 Flavor - Smooth, fresh citrus notes, papaya, and culantro for a full body and rich flavor

🍴 Texture - More like a relish that you can spoon, it's slightly thick with chunks of fresh ingredients.
