Summer just got hotter and sweet with this delicious dessert, brought to you by Trini Sauce affiliate Haleluya! Hot Butter Peaches is a low calorie dessert that is spicy, rich, and refreshing. Make it, take a bite, and let us know your thoughts on this summers peachy delicacy.
Ingredients:
Firm peaches
½ cup of light brown sugar
1 tbsp of Trini Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp of butter
1 cup of water
Ice cream
Fresh basil
Directions:
Half the peaches, remove the pits, and cut each half into 5 wedges.

Melt ½ a cup of light brown sugar.

Add 1 tbsp of Trini Pepper Sauce and ½ cup of water to the melted sugar and mix together.


Add 2 tbsp of butter to the sugar sauce mixture.

Reduce the mixture on med high heat. Add the peaches, as many that can fit into your pan, placing them so each of them is laying flat. Cook for about 3-4 mins on each side [Note, the peach sides should to be a mild golden with browning around the edges].


Plate the peaches and top with vanilla ice cream. Lastly, garnish with basil leaves and Trini Pepper Sauce to taste.
