My Spicy Guac recipe is a healthy and delicious decision that is great as an appetizer or a snack. It is a simple fifteen minute dish that takes your classic chunky guacamole and adds a twist with Trini Sauce!
Ingredients for 4 servings

Ingredient Prep
Dice ½ cup onion and two Roma tomatoes [Note, get rid of extra juice by drying tomatoes]. Mince 1 clove of garlic. Finely chop 3 tablespoons worth of fresh cilantro. Roll 1 lime until it is soft so it's prepared for squeezing, and cut it in half. Peel and pit the 3 avocados.

Directions
Place the 3 avocados in a medium sized mixing bowl and smash them to your desired consistency [I prefer a textured consistency].
Squeeze the lime over your avocado [Note, lime juice will keep the avocado from browning].
Add in the onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, salt, and Hot Trini Pepper Sauce. Mix until all the ingredients are uniformly combined.
Let the Guacamole rest in the refrigerator for an hour for optimal flavor!

Some meals fill your heart and make you feel at home, Cuban Ground Beef Picadillo delivers this every time. It’s a comfort food with rhythm: savory ground beef simmered with tomatoes, peppers, olives, and a hint of sweetness that makes Picadillo so iconic. Every bite is rich, warm, and deeply satisfying. But if you want to take it somewhere unexpected, the simple addition of Trini Pepper Sauce brings a vibrant island heat that cuts through the richness and adds a unique twist to the classic Cuban staple. This Caribbean match made in heaven is soulful, spicy, and ready to liven your dinner routine.
